Safety & Online Play
Online play in Cue & Chalk is deliberately small: two players, one table, a four-letter room code.
What the other player can see
- The player name you typed (up to 14 characters).
- Your shots and camera while you line them up.
That is all. There is no chat, no voice, no photos, no friends list and no public lobby. Nobody can find you: a room exists only while someone has its code, and it holds a maximum of two people.
Staying safe
- Only share a room link or code with people you know.
- Do not put personal details in your player name.
- You can leave at any time with Menu. Closing the page ends the game.
Report a problem
If a name or behaviour upsets you, leave the room and email support@dicedrop.co.uk with the room code and the time. We read every message. If a child is at risk of harm, contact the police or the NSPCC (0808 800 5000).
Read our Privacy Policy to see how little data online play uses.
