These terms apply when you use Cue & Chalk, operated by AppFloe Ltd (company no. 17280897, England & Wales). By using it you accept them.

Using the game

Cue & Chalk is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Be decent to other players: no abuse, cheating or interfering with the service or other players’ connections.

Premium

Premium, when available, is a one-off digital purchase that unlocks extra features for the platform you buy it on (web, iPhone or Android purchases are separate). Prices are shown at checkout in GBP and include any VAT due. You may try Premium free for 7 days, once.

Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. If you contact us at support@dicedrop.co.uk we will refund a Premium purchase made within the last 14 days. You do not give up that right by buying.

No guarantees

The game is provided as is. Rules are simplified in places (see the FAQ), and online play depends on your connection. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Liability and law

We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date you next use the service.
